We stayed over the Easter holidays and greatly enjoyed the island and the Rainbow beach club. Comfortable unit with all the amenities you need for a family with 2 children. Great pools with a scenic view. Vicki was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities for us to do as a family. Many of the owners there are also quite friendly in giving tips about the island. A week wasn't enough, next year 2 weeks!

We just recently came back from staying at Rainbow- it was by far the BEST vacation ever! The unit was more than we ever expected- beautiful! The area was quieter and cleaner than the entire rest of the island- was the perfect place to return to after a day of site seeing. Vicki was the perfect host she gave us so many wonderful tips and was always just an email away if we had questions. We are looking forward to returning to the Rainbow for our next vacation to Saint Maarten and would HIGHLY suggest this rental- for all types of vacationers, couples, families any group visiting the island would be very comfortable and pleased with this rental!!! Thanks again we had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back.

Our family of 5 had a great vacation! We have three young children and the condo met all of our needs. We felt like we were at home. The security was great. We felt very safe. The layout was perfect and spacious and it was nice to be able to see the ocean. The location was about a five minute drive from our favorite beaches! The owner was so easy to work with. We would definately return.

This is a lovely condo with just about every amenity you could hope for. It is beautifully furnished and has tons of little extras that make vacationing here a breeze. The location is very good, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. and the complex is very secure. The gym facilities are the best I've seen in more than 15 years of visiting St. Maarten. The owners were a pleasure to work with and made sure that every detail was taken care of.

We are a family with a teenage son so this condo was spot on; two bedrooms with own bathrooms and plenty of space for all. The apartment was in good condition and with quality furnishings so we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The pools (and a small beach) are handy to have close by, altough we mostly went to explore the island's many beaches. We had no issues and can recommend this apartment, thank you for Vicki and all the staff at Rainbow Beach Club.

What an excellent time we had at this property. Located near the American Univ of the Caribbean Medical School it was home away from home during a visit from our family to our daughter in the med school. Vicki was fantastic to work with and was super fast responsive on our questions/concerns. The condo is beautiful, well equipped and lacks for nothing. The property is beautiful with 3 great pools and beach access. The unit is clean, cool and has all the comforts of home as well as beach gear. The price is superb and compares with with local hotels but you get a whole lot more. We could not have been happier and will use this property again someday if the opportunity comes up. Have no hesitation to rent this unit.

Renting this place from Vicki was a fantastic experience from start to finish! She was extremely quick and effective in getting the rental agreement signed off. She went out of her way to let us know what to expect with both the condo as well as things to see and do on the island. When we arrived in St. Maarten, we were very impressed with both the condo and the amenities at the property. Our children loved the pools and the small beach! The location of the condo was perfect, as it was not in the middle of hustle and bustle. Our car gave us the flexibility to see and do all we wanted. Speaking of a car, Vicki even helped to arrange that for us! The property was beautiful and Vicki made the whole experience smooth and easy. Thanks!

Glorious Stay at the Rainbow Beach Club

This property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we initiated contact with the owners, we were treated extremely well. The owners were informative, timely, friendly and professional. The condo was clean and in great condition, and the pictures most definitely do not do it justice. Even with a slight hiccup with the water temperature being cool upon our arrival, upon notification, the owners rectified the situation immediately. The owner was even kind enough to call from the U.S. to ensure we were enjoying our stay! They left us brochures, and even a VIP card that gave us discounts on restaurants, car rentals and entertainment on the island. The views from the pools and the private beaches are simply breathtaking. The modern kitchen enabled us to feel like we were in our own homes. They were additional perks; such as a stereo system, dvds, video games and movies in case we were waiting out a storm. The location also allows one to travel easily to both the French and Dutch side. I do suggest renting a car so you can travel all over the island. There are so many hidden treasures, such as one of our favorites, Baie Rouge. It is relatively easy to navigate and the locals were very helpful if we had any additional questions. I do recommend taking a boat out to Prickly Pear, Anguilla. That was definitely a high point of our trip. If you're wondering who would benefit from this location, I'd recommend couples of any ages as well as small groups of friends and families. I traveled with three other professional women in their late twenties and they raved the entire time about the trip and condo. I cannot thank the owners enough for the amazing experience we had in St. Maarten. I hope that everyone else that stays at the amazing Rainbow Beach Club creates the same wonderful memories that I will always treasure.

First - the pictures are not accurate...the condo is much more spacious and impressive in reality! The furnishings are lovely, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, even my fourteen-year-old son was impressed with the gaming options and the massive movie selection available; between the DVD player and the PlayStation, I knew he was set when he commented, “I could live here!” The view is wonderful…we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the peace and quiet - watching the sailboats go by as the sun set and believe it or not, one morning there was a rainbow outside over the sea – which all sounds like an advertisement – but it’s true! Most importantly to me, it was immaculately clean! The bathrooms were spotless! Ms. Vicki was so helpful with providing detailed info about where to get groceries ahead of time, where to eat, best beaches, etc., and as first time visitors to the island, it was most beneficial. We had read on the internet of the utility problems on the entire island ahead of time, so we knew this was not limited to any particular location. We NEVER lost power during our stay and were only without water one morning, but Ms. Vicki has prepared for that and we easily adapted and overcame that issue. Having already made plans to spend the day around the island, we left - and with perfect timing, the water came back on within a few minutes of our return that evening, so it wasn’t a problem. The condo is also well located – it is only a few minutes to Maho and the airport - and anything you need is just up the road. Check-in with Ms. Myonie was very easy, the security guards were very accommodating with our comings and goings, and Ms. Elaine was a very hospitable neighbor! Oh – and don’t let me forget the beach! It is like having your own private beach. We were down there several times and always alone! It was glorious! You really could not ask for anything more here – there are pool toys, coolers, beach towels, games, etc., the only thing I regretted not having – was more time! Greg, Zachary and I thank ya'll for sharing your splendid vacation home with us and for making our first visit to St. Maarten so memorable!

We were very happy we selected Vicki's condo at Rainbow Beach Club. The condo was clean and very nice and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed this location as it was close to everything and had a almost private beach. Facilities were great including the pools. My husband and I just returned from 13 days at Rainbow Beach Club. We rented from Vicki and what a joy it was. From the on set she was wonderful to work with and everything she told us came through. The unit was very well furnished and very well taken care of. Every night we had plans to g out for dinner but, ended up cooking in where we could enjoy the sun set from the balocony or by one of the pools. The kitchen has any utensils we needed to prepare dinner. We enjoyed that the unit was not a smoking or pet unit. The security was very tight and ever employee you came across was very kind. When it is time to pick our dates for next year Vicki will be the first person I call.

We've just returned from a terrific week in St Maarten. Great weather, very friendly people and a lovely place to stay at Rainbow Beach. The owner, Vicki was a dream to deal with beforehand and her place is not only clean, spacious, and well equipped, it is also very convenient to many of the island's hotspots. Beautiful pools overlooking Carribean as well. Enjoy!

We stayed at the Rainbow for 18 nights and enjoyed the beauty of the apartment and its balcony. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipted. Vicki called when we had one concern and she informed us what to do and the problem was solved. Vicki is a great person to deal with. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful.

This unit is exactly as described in both pictures and words. Every day that we returned to the unit we felt like we were coming home. Vicki is a consumate professional in every aspect when arranging/confirming your rental. I highly recommend both this unit and the island of St Maarten/St Martin for a family vacation or relaxing getaway for two.

I recently stayed at Rainbow Beach Club. The condo itself was absolulty beautiful and immaculate. Although this is a condo, Vicki had taken care of every detail as if we were staying in a hotel; from the mini-shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms to the various activity books in the living room. There was also a wealth of DVD's and books available for use as well! Vicki enhanced our stay by being accomdating and kind. She arranged for us to have an early check-in and propmtly responded to all emails. My husband and I returned from Saint Martin on the 4th and by the 9th we had a securiry deposit. Renting from Vicki was a great experience, she is organized and professional. The pictures on the website, do not lie, the place is that georgous!

This beautiful condo is very well appointed with a lovely kitchen, nice master and guest rooms, quality linens and furnishings - a pleasure to live in. Very nice ocean view from the balcony. The beach is fun but a challenge at times - pools are lovely! Health club has everything. We truly enjoyed our week at Rainbow Beach Club. Good restaurants close by, too.
