Cheri's Cuisine: Continental Seatings: Lunch and Dinner Pricing: $$ to $$$ Location: This restaurant is located next to the Casino Royale. Food: The food is varied with many selections to choose from. They offer various entertaining dishes but don't expect high end cuisine. Their prices are higher than most casual places to eat but they offer lively musical entertainment at around 8:00 PM. Experience: We have enjoyed going to Cheri's for the past 12 years but after 12 years and watching almost the same musical skit year after year, the only time we will go now is if we have guests who have never been on the island and would like to show them this fun and entertaining institution. We don't find the food as appetizing as other places and it is only the lively music that draws us. It has been rumored that Cheri's had changed their revue and so with this year's trip, we will report if this is fact or fiction. Tip: We recommend going there before the entertainment starts. Once it starts, it gets quite noisy and lively and so getting your waiters attention may be more difficult. If you go at least 45 minutes before, that would give you enough time to enjoy your food and then settle in for the music. Cheri's is only one or 2 steps above street level so handicapped people will find it easy to be seated. If you are not staying in Maho, parking can be easily done by either parking under La Terrasse or valet parked at the casino. I would advise you park under La Terrasse if you are not planning on gambling as you will need to get your valet ticket validated inside. I assume they would expect you to gamble for a while to earn the free valet parking. Tipping the valet parkers is certainly recommended. Parking: La Terrasse parking lot can be found by driving toward the airport if starting in the center of Maho. When you round the circle toward the airport there will be a short divider in the center of the road. At the end of this divider you should turn left into the driveway which leads down under La Terrasse. There is a "Parking" sign above the driveway. You will need to get a ticket and submit that ticket when when you exit where you will pay the guard. DO NOT loose this ticket or else you will pay a hefty sum!!!! If you are coming from the airport, just look for the low center divider just before reaching the circle in Maho. At the beginning of the divider, turn right into the driveway that leads down under La Terrasse.
